#1: Mapping the Entire Sales Process |
One of the first things we realized was that their sales process was totally underdeveloped. Leads were coming in, but no one knew exactly what needed to happen at each stage to close the deal efficiently.
We created a comprehensive visual flowchart showing the journey from new lead → job in progress → completed and paid, and every individual step in between. We got everyone in a room and walked through the entire thing together and role played a lead going through the system. What happened?

✅ We uncovered small but crucial tasks that were falling through the cracks
✅ Everyone got on the same page, streamlining the workflow immediately

Here’s how we did it:
✅ Sourced a list of 40,000 potential clients or referral partners in their service area with contact info
✅ Set clear, manageable outreach KPIs (e.g., 10 calls/day, 100 touchpoints/week)
✅ Created simple scripts for consistent outreach
✅ Assigned the KPIs to their business development girl
Now the business has a reliable pipeline filling up constantly, eliminating panic and uncertainty.
Takeaway: Consistency beats intensity. Build a lead-generation machine that works daily- even when you're busy- to sustain your growth.

We reviewed their financials and found easy, redundant expenses to cut.
